It’s hard to believe another H+P Holiday Party has come and gone! A special thanks for our friends at New Balance Canada for coming and supporting with some great prizes for our various holiday challenge winners. Here are some of the highlights:
H+P MVPAwards:
The H+P MVPs as voted by our members were…
Women: Kailey Haddock (2nd- Val Hobson, 3rd- Cari Rastas Howard)
Men: Sam Lalonde (2nd- Adam Hortian, 3rd- RunnerRob and Nick Nurt (tie))
H+P Potluck Challenge
For the SECOND year in a row Mike and Laura Hewitson take the award for the top dish. This year’s was a really tasty macaroni and cheese.
Honourable mentions goes to runners-up Val Hobson and her bacon-wrapped apps, and Kailey and Mike for their homemade lasagna.
H+P Sweater Challenge
Derek Hergott just straight up owns this award has he won it with a landslide victory for the 2nd year in a row. Kudos to Tammy and Cari who were 2nd and 3rd in the voting.
H+P Holiday Relay Challenge:
For the second year in a row, team “Defending Champs” took the top spot and earned their NB prizes. The team consisted of Rob (trivia), Adam (pushups), Brendan (drinking) and Jessica (singing).
Great work to Vicki ZEE, Sam Lalonde, Mike Piazza, Mike Hewitson who were 2nd, less than 2s behind the champs.
