H+P was back in action this weekend, this time taking flight at the 2016 Baden Road Races. Check out the Run Waterloo recap here.

New to some training with H+P, Erin McClure had an outstanding win, crossing the finish line 1st OA with a time just over 43 minutes.
Greg Dyce came in next just behind Erin, repeating as the male OA champ taking 14s off his winning time from 2015!
Manny Jones was in next with an outstanding 7M PB, placing 2nd in her AG and 5th OA for women!
Jon Krys posted a solid rebound race, finishing 2nd in his AG with a time of 56:39.
Howie, battling illness, still posted a course PB of 57:13, good for 2nd in his AG.
Sandi Swan was in next with a solid 1:06:59, good for 6th in her AG.
Shalon shows her fitness is continuing to develop, running a 1:10 and winning her category!
Melissa came in not too far behind with a 1:14 finish, good for 8th in her AG.
5K
Patrick Spencer ran an outstanding race. He posted a great new PB of 19:33, finished 1st for the team, 1st in his AG and 2nd OA!
Holger came in next with a strong 20:47 finish, good for 1st in his AG!
Terry was in right behind Holger with a 21:44 finish, also winning his AG!
Kristin Marks had a HUGE new PB of 22:33. This time gave her the OA win for women, it obviously won her AG, and even placed her in the top 10 OA. Nice work!
Tracy Kuchma continued to impress, posting an identical time to her ENDURrace 5K of 23:33. This placed her 2nd OA for females, and 1st in her AG!
Mike Hewitson shows his year of patience and hard work in conquering various injuries has paid off. He ran a strong 24:15 1 week after a quick 10K in Toronto, good for the win in his category!
Michelle Lennox ran a great time just over 25 minutes, 1 minute off her PB, but good for 2nd in her AG. More importantly, this gave her 3rd OA and completed the podium sweep for our H+P ladies (Kristin in 1st, Tracy in 2nd)! Very cool to see!
Jen came in next for H+P with a solid 32 minute finish, placing 2nd in her AG!
