July 8th-9th 2017 Racing



Another amazing weekend of racing in the books! H+P was all over the map yet again, racing everything from Ironman 70.3s to mud runs to technical trail races. Here’s how we did:

Ironman 70.3 Muskoka

luke

Luke had one of his best multisport performances ever, finishing in 4:32:54 – good for 1st in a very deep AG!

Matt had an outstanding race, finishing in an impressive 5:07:01.

Adam raced the 70.3 Ironman on his birthday, finishing 5:17:50. Happy Birthday Adam!

Graham finished just behind Adam in a solid 5:21:29.

gabriel

Gabriel earned in a personal best time by over 40 minutes, finishing in 6:21:11.

Limberlost Challenge 28k

Vicki finished 2nd in her AG and 4th overall for women in 3:08:36 – over 6 minutes faster than last year!

Jon finished the gruelling course in a solid 3:46:31.

Meaford Harbour 5k

Coach Sean finished 3rd overall in 17:20.

Coach Gill finished 2nd for women and earned a 5k B standard, finishing in 18:57.

Gail Delanghe finished 2nd in her AG, running 28:04.

Dirty Dash 3k

Miles had a fantastic race, finishing the tough and muddy 3k course in 23:15.

Jody had a great race, finishing in 40:41.

Anne finished just behind Jody in a solid 41:15.

Janice finished the swim/run course in 43:46.

Jodi was in next for the team, finishing in 47:07.

Graham (who raced again only 4 days later) finished 4th overall in 50:13.

Michele had a solid race, finishing 2nd for women in 54:39.

Coach Emily completed her first multipart event ever, finishing 3rd for women in 55 flat.

Matt was in next for the team, completing the course in 1:02:42.

Killer Kayla also had a solid race, finishing in 1:06:57.

Comfortec Red Deer Sprint Duathlon

Alex completed her first multisport event ever, using a borrowed bike and no cycling shoes, finishing in an outstanding 1:10:40 – winning overall for women!
