It was yet another amazing weekend of racing for the team! H+Pers were dominating all across Ontario (and BC), in everything from 5k’s to 70.3’s. Here’s how we did:

Muskoka 70.3

Luke had an amazing race, finishing in 4:42:52 – his best time ever on the tough course. He placed 11th overall and 2nd in his AG!

Matt CRUSHED the hilly course and finished second for H+P, coming in at 5:12:03. He finished 6th in his AG and in the top 100 overall!

Dave also had an amazing race, finishing just ahead of Jessica and Adam in 5:24:54.

Jessica had a great breakthrough into the sport, finishing in 5:27:43 – good enough for 3rd in her AG!

Adam finished in a solid 5:33:31, only just behind rival Dave Haiser.

Toronto Triathlon Festival

Lucas destroyed the field with a 2:14:57 finish, placing 4th in his AG!

Belwood Duathlon

Jan had an amazing performance, finishing the du in 1:37:43, which put him in 4th OA and 1st in his AG!

Don also had a great race in the du, finishing in 1:47:04 which earned him 4th in his AG.

Meaford Harbour 5k

Coach Sean placed 2nd overall with a time of 16:42.

Coach Gill placed 2nd OA for females and 8th OA with a time of 18:49.

Gail Delanghe ran her best time 5k time in almost 30 years – 27:02 which put her 2nd in her AG!

Half Moon Bay 3.5mile

Jen had an amazing race in BC, running 34:44 for 3 miles and placing 8th OA!

Dirty Dash

The entire Lalonde family had a great race at the Dirty Dash 1k and 3k races! Reliable sources tell us that Weston beat Sam through the mud pit.

Jeff Martin had a great race in the 6k, running 29:27 and placing 1st in his AG and 7th OA!

Kincardine Women’s Triathlon

Heather completed her first duathlon EVER, finishing in 1:37:10!

Limberlost

Brian finished the 28k course in 3:22:28 on a challenging day in tough conditions!

Vicki had a great race in the 28k, running 3:14:43 and placing 3rd for females.
