It has been another great weekend of racing for the team! Several new PBs and a new club record fell today. Here’s how we did:
Road2Hope Half Marathon

Erin McClure dominated the course with a NEW CLUB RECORD of 1:17:06!
Peter Haller was in next for the team with a new PB of 1:23:08, earning him 3rd in his AG. One more race and this guy is going to be joining the sub-18 club on the rankings!
Martin Chmiel ran an amazing new PB of 1:29:04, crushing his PB by more than 5 minutes. What a great comeback from injury!
Ed Shrigley came in next for the team with a new PB of 1:56:15!
Candice came in just behind Ed, also with a new PB of 1:57:48.

Dave Rutherford was first in for the team in 38:22 and placing 1st for masters! Another amazing race after his incredible Chicago Marathon and Fall Classic 5k performances.
Aidan Rutherford couldn’t quit catch his dad this time, but still ran an impressive new 10k PB of 39:49! This young buck is on the rise!

Jesse Burt ran a new PB AND a WR Career Best in 16:47, placing him 3rd overall!
Larry Bradley, fresh off his amazing performance at the Fall Classic 5k, ran an impressive 17:23, placing 5th overall and 1st for masters.
Next in for the team was Jan De Visser, running 21:09 and placing 3rd in his AG.
Will Spaetzel was the 4th H+Per across the line, finishing in 32:30.
Heather & Andrew Heij were in next for the team, finishing the race together in 40:48.

Jordan Schmidt ran a new PB of 41:30 for the 11k, placing 2nd overall! This was also enough to bring him in 2nd OA in the Battle of Waterloo!
Jeff Martin also PB’d in 46:21, which earned him 2nd in his very competitive AG.
Terry Edwards finished in 50:23, a new PB and a 3rd place finish in his AG!
Jeremy Haak also PB’d the 11k distance in 52:33!
Shalon Wagner earned the 5th 11k PB for H+P, completing the course in 1:17:30.
These 5 were also good enough to win the open team competition!
