Our run groups meet every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday in Waterloo for an intense interval session, as well as Saturday mornings for long runs with tempos.
Our cycling group meets once a week in the summer for hard ride. We also meet monthly for an organized TT – Check out the Workout Calendar for current dates!
H+P swims together once per week at the Waterloo Rec Centre. Our workouts, coached by Emily Hunter, involve drills to improve stroke efficiency along with hard interval sets for those looking to build fitness and speed.
Every Monday in the summer after our interval workout, we build strength work into our training.
