MUSCLE MONDAYS

THESE SESSIONS TAKE PLACE IN THE SUMMER ONLY

Every Monday after our interval workout (approximately 7:40pm) we also build strength work into our training.
This session is usually focused on core strength and developing leg strength in an attempt to enhance running economy and cycling performance.
