WELL, the most random event in H+P history has come and gone littered with some epic results. Here are some highlights:
75K
Lydia and Ken were the only 2 gritty enough to attempt this distance, and they had quite the showdown! Even though Ken split 50K ahead of Lydia, Lydia started her final 25K loop ahead of him.
The two tranded positions a few times on that final 25K loop with Lydia finally taking the overall win in 7:08 with Ken not too far behind. What an epic accomplishment for both of them! Full Results.
For their efforts, they both recieve a $25 gift card from Runners’ Choice Waterloo– was it worth it?
50K- Full results
Ken claimed the 50K win just ahead of Lydia, while Beechwood Runner duo Ori and Ivy showed they can handle the distance (as always) with impressive splits. For their efforts, they receive a $10 gift card from Runners’ Choice Waterloo.
25K- FULL RESULTS
There were a number of great results here. Graham Ashby through down the 3rd fastest time of the day depsite being 1 week removed from his 100K PB. Lydia took the women’s win.
Duathlons
In the sprint, Luke took the win by a large margin thanks to his fastest bike split on the day by far. FULL RESULTS.
In the long course, coach Sean took the W. FULL RESULTS.

Blake had the top time for men, while Crystal took the win for women- FULL RESULTS.
