The time has come to start organize our multi sport crew for 2019! We’re going next level this year with our coaching to hopefully help you all to be better equipped to reach your goals.
Races and random weekends aside, we will have some sort of triathlon/duathlon or cycling based workout every Wednesday at 6:30pm. But before we get into those details..
(1) TRIATHLON/CYCLING CLOTHES- you have 2 weeks:
This will be the only chance this year to order cycling jerseys, shorts and tri suits!
The store will be open from April 28 – May 11, 2019, after which it will close and all orders will go into production. Once the order window closes, no changes can be made. All orders will ship within 4-5 weeks after store closing.
Choose whether to ship to Sean & Gill for free, or ship individually directly to you (for an additional fee).

- Click ‘Sign In’ and create an account (you don’t need an account to browse, just to checkout).
- Choose what you would like to order by picking an item from the left menu and then choosing a design to go with it. There are several different styles and not every proof/design will work with every style. If you’re unsure which version of the design will go on the style you want to order, just let us know.

Shipping: You can choose free shipping (all free shipping orders will be sent in one group order to Sean & Gill’s house, and distributed at practice) or you can pay extra shipping to have your order sent directly to your house.
(2) You must be an OAT member to do any cycling oriented workouts with us:
We are registered with OAT this year too which means we can do cool stuff like compete in club championships + get a discount on your OAT membership!
If you want to ride with us this year, you’ll have to be an OAT member- we get a $10 discount though.

- May 29th – 50-80’ Ride with 3x1Mile reps on track (2min rec)
- June 19 – 50-80’ Ride with 3x1Mile reps on track (2min rec)
- July 24 – 50-80’ Ride with 3x1Mile reps on track (2min rec)
- Aug 21 – 50-80’ Ride with 3x1Mile reps on track (2min rec)
(5) ONTARIO CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS- WASAGA BEACH

(6) CYCLING w JAN
As always, all Wednesdays that don’t have brick or TT will have social-to-steady cruise with Jan!
As always, we will have our Thursday AM swims with Emily rolling all summer long. Stay tuned for some open water swims as well- details TBD !
