FILLER WEEK 1 of 5 

We’ve officially wrapped up our massive eight-week fall build. Some of you are heading into your A race this coming week, while others have already crossed that finish line.

We’ve got three weeks until R2H, and a few athletes are also targeting the Last Chance 5K at the end of November.

At this stage, the plan is to keep workouts extremely flexible so you can tailor them to your current training phase. Most of us will be lowering volume, especially if you’ve already hit your A goal.

If you have any questions about how to adjust your training, just let us know!

  • 10-20’ WU jog 
  • 5x100m strides
  • 5’ tempo @ HMP, 3’ easy 
  • 3’ easy 
  • 7-10×2’ @ 5K effort, 60s easy 
  • CD- your choice

R2H athletes (or similar timeframe)- follow up with another 5′ @ HMP,  5×1′ @ 5K effort or faster, 1′ easy 

Toronto athletes- do just 3-4×2′ after you 5′ tempo
