Training:

2026 Block 2 Week 4 of 4 (WEEK OF March 23)

Splitting into shorter vs. longer goal options.  For many this should be a down week if you’re following along- but if you need the full volume workout, it’s there!

  • 10-20’ WU jog 
  • 5x100m strides
  • 2-4×6’ @ 10K effort, 2’ easy 
  • CD- your choice

Recovery week people- stick with 2 reps

Longer distance folk- target 5-6 reps BUT alternate efforts as:

  • Even reps @ 10K
  • Odds reps @ HMP

OFF this week of recovery week- enjoy the break while you can!
