It was an epic day of racing at the Baden Road Races, including the ultimate showdown between Rutherford Sr. and Rutherford Jr. Here’s how we did:
Aidan was not only 2nd overall AND 1st in his AG (running 45:26), but he won the Rutherford Challenge, beating Rutherford Sr. by a close 18 seconds.
Dave placed 3rd overall and 1st overall masters, finishing just behind his son in 45:44.
Sam was in next for the team in 55:54, winning his AG!
Jonathan ran alongside Sam, crossing the finish line together in 55:54.
Kim ran a solid 56:54, winning her AG!
Matt placed 3rd in his AG, covering the hilly course in 59:47.
Derek is back in action, running his first race in 9 months and finishing in 1:21:20.
Tracey finished first for the team in 23:26, placing 2nd in her AG.
Mike Hewitson ran a solid 27:54, placing 1st in his category!
Laura finished just behind her husband in 30:03, also placing 1st in her category!
Andrew and Heather ran together, finishing in 40:44 and 40:45.
