OFF SEASON
WELP, you made it! The Last Chance 5K is behind us, and now it’s time to some fitness-stoking workouts at a lower volume to help keep us fit while we recover and chill out (a little). Congrats on another year of grinding..the time to really suffer will come, enjoy these while you can!
- 10-20’ WU jog
- 5x100m strides
- 3-2-2-1-30s-1-2-2-3’ hard with 90s easy in between each
- 3’ reps at 10K effort
- 2’ reps at 5K effort
- 1’ reps a faster than 5K
- 30s reps- not a sprint, but getting close!
- This (hopefully look like a Christmas Tree on your base graph)
- CD- your choice
