FILLER WEEK 3 of 5

We’ve officially wrapped up our massive eight-week fall build. Some of you are heading into your A race this coming week, while others have already crossed that finish line.

Now that R2H is over, it’s all about recovering and then sharpening for the Last Chance 5K!  After that, be ready for a chill December before we ramp up in January for Chilly half and beyond!

Here’s your workout:

  • 10-20’ WU jog 
  • 5x100m strides
  • 8-12’ tempo @ HMP
  • 3’ easy 
  • 5-10×1’ faster than 5K, 1’ easy 
  • CD- your choice
