2019 Mississauga Marathon

Another year, another great experience at the Missy half and full!  We were treated to perfect conditions to run fast with a slightly cooler temperature than 2018, and almost no wind.  Here’s how the squad did:

FULL MARATHONOUR RESULTS

Greg was in first for the team with an EPIC new PB and career best of 2:37.  This put him 4th OA on the day!  This also gives Greg a H+P A-Standard!

Andrew McAlorum also knocked his race out of the park with a 2:53:48.  Hard to believe this guy was barely breaking 1:30 for half last year!  This gives him a C-Standard and also brought him in 12th OA on the day.

Robert Gudzak was our top masters on the day with an amazing 3:00:54- that sub 3:00 is coming!  This was good enough for 2nd in his AG and a PB.

Reza had the best race of his life finishing with a career best 3:01:20!

Ian G was in next for the team with a PB of 3:03:19.

Rebecca finished with a time of 3:24 for her 3rd marathon in less than a month- not coach recommended, but dang that’s impressive!

Will came in next for the team with an amazing 4:12 PB- bettering his previous best by 32 minutes!  Will he be the first to conquer the 5star PB award?
