4 weeks until 2025! We’re going to light it up soon enough, but in the meantime let’s enjoy some fitness-saving workouts that are lower in volume.  Now’s the time to freshen up, let the little niggles heal, and prepare yourself for a massive 2025 build!

  • 5x100m strides 
  • 6,5,4’ @ 10K effort, 3’ easy 
  • 5’ easy 
  • 3-5×1’ faster than 5K, 1’ easy 
  • 10-15’ CD
