FILLER WEEK 4 of 5
We’ve officially wrapped up our massive eight-week fall build- most A-races are now done!
For now, it’s all about recovering and then sharpening for the Last Chance 5K! After that, be ready for a chill December before we ramp up in January for Chilly half and beyond!
Here’s your workout:
- 10-20’ WU jog
- 5x100m strides
- 2-4 sets of:
- 4’ @ 10K effort
- 2’ easy
- 3’ @ 5K effort
- 3’ easy
- CD- your choic
