We completed Phase 1, now we’re onto Phase 2 of our FTP building suffer-fest! We’re taking things deep into the red zone with this upcoming 8-week block, including:
- 1 ramp test
- 2 races
- 5 super challenging workouts

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Anyone! This is open to those of all skill levels – we use the Keep Group Together feature, so nobody is left behind (other than race day). You don’t even have to be an H+P member to join us, so tell your friends! Just send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
, and I will email the workout to them.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO JOIN?
Zwift, and an indoor bike set up that is compatible with Zwift. You can find more details here.
DO WE GET A WORKOUT?
Yes! I will post a Zwift file on the Facebook page weekly. If you don’t want to do the prescribed workout, you don’t have to! You can join the Meetup and do your own thing. On FTP test days, you will just have to access the Ramp Test from the Workout Tab in Zwift.

9th– workouts / normal
16th– TT’s that are apart of our H+P Super Sprint Duathlon
23rd– workouts/ normal
30th– workouts normal
FEB 6th– workouts/ normal
Feb 13th– Zwift mini tour- TT’s both group rides (same distance, combined results, course TBA)
Feb 20th– Regular ride Tues AM, H+P road race Thursday PM to complete the mini tour (those who road either TTs the week prior can compete for the combined results of the mini tour).
