H+P at the 2019 Baden Road Races

‘Twas another great experience at the 2019 Baden Road races!  5K, duathlon, 7-miler with a crazy hill..what more could you want?

This was one of our best team races to date!  We had both the male and female winner of the 7-Miler (Ian G and Val), 4 of the top 5 in the 5K with Brendan winning, and 2 in the top 5 in the duathlon (Luke and Jan).  Here are some more detailed highlights!

Brendan was our top finisher, going 17:17 for 1st OA.

Dylan Munro had a strong race going 18:39 for 3rd OA.

Michael Diaz continues to improve, once again being the only athlete to post a career best on a tough course, going 18:40 for 4th OA.

Devon continues his comeback, finishing in 19:33 for 5th OA.

Denis Allen had a strong 22:46 good for 2nd in his AG, while Jodi Race won her AG!

Ian Grzegorczyk was our top finisher, running away with the W in a time of 44:34.

Peter was our top masters runner finishing in 48:04 and 5th OA.

Val and Rebecca went 1-2 in the women’s race with 48:55 and 50:03 finish times respectively.  Rebecca plans to take some time off racing now (haha jk obiously).

Check out the rest of the team HERE.

Luke was our top finisher, going 2nd OA with a 59:33 finish time.

Jan was in next for the team, cracking the top 5 with a 1:03:40 finish time.

Merzi had a solid race, going 1:09 for 14th OA.

Terry was in next with a time of 1:17, Erik V was just behind in 1:18, while Michelle Lennox wasn’t far behind in 1:22, good for 5th OA female.

Congrats to everybody who got out and pushed their limits!
