‘Twas another great experience at the 2019 Baden Road races! 5K, duathlon, 7-miler with a crazy hill..what more could you want?
This was one of our best team races to date! We had both the male and female winner of the 7-Miler (Ian G and Val), 4 of the top 5 in the 5K with Brendan winning, and 2 in the top 5 in the duathlon (Luke and Jan). Here are some more detailed highlights!

Devon continues his comeback, finishing in 19:33 for 5th OA.
Denis Allen had a strong 22:46 good for 2nd in his AG, while Jodi Race won her AG!
