We’re into week 10 of our 12 weeks plan- which means this is our last massive workout of this 12 week winter block. Give yourself a HUGE pat on the back if you survived these last very challenging 12 weeks!

H+P 22/23 Winter Block: Week 10 of 12
Workout Wednesday:
10-15′ WU
5x100m strides
4′ HMP
3′ easy
5×3′ @ 10K effort, 90s easy
3′ easy
0-15′ tempo @ HMP on tired legs – that’s right, do the entire thing OR nothing depending on where you are in your training.
10-15′ CD
LONG RUN- last big one!
Beginner option: 19K easy with 7K @ HMP
Advanced option: 23K with 8K @ HMP
