Things are getting a little more challenging as we set you up for the 3K Blastoff as well as our upcoming half marathon/ multi-sport challenge. As always, these are semi-custom- it’s up to you to modify based on your current fitness and goals. When in doubt, message us!

15-25 minutes WU jog
5x100m strides
3-5 minutes easy
2×4′ @ 10K effort, 2 minutes easy
5 minutes shuffle
2×4 @ 5K effort, 2 minutes easy
5 minuets easy
1-6×1 minute @ 5K++ effort, 90s easy easy
15 minutes easy CD

5x100m strides
20 minutes tempo @ MP- should feel comfy, slow down as needed
5 minutes easy
2×8-10 minutes @ HM effort- should feel brisk/tough but doable, 3 minutes easy
10-20 minutes CD jog
