OFFSEASON- MINI SPEEED BLOCK
We crushed our big fall goals, the offseason is upon us…but we may as well try to sharpen the legs and cash in on this fitness at the Last Chance 5K!
We’ll do a few weeks of speed leading into the race, and then we’ll really slack through the month of December. If you’re feeling beat up/ semi injured from the fall, now is the time to slack and recovery- there’s no shame in skipping this speed block.

- 5x100m strides
- 1-2×4’ @ 5K effort, 2’ easy
- 4’ easy
- 2-5×1’ faster than 5K effort, 1’ easy
- 10-15’ CD
