Running Workouts for the week:

Our major summer/fall block has come and gone.  What’s next?  WELL, we don’t want continue pushing at that level and get injured for the offseason..but we also don’t want to detrain and lose all of our hard-earned fitness.

The compromise: A 6-week moderate volume training block targeting the H+P Last Chance 5K!  As always, modify as needed to fit your goals, but now is likely not the time to decimate yourself (unless you still have your A-race coming). Let’s go!

Offseason/ 5K Block 1, Week 2 of 6

15′ easy jog WU
5x100m strides
2×6′ @ 10K- HM effort, 3′ easy
3′ easy
1-3×3′ @ 5-10K effort, 90s easy
10-15′ CD jog
