BUFFER WEEK 1 of 4
Our major 3 blocks of training for the fall goals have come to an end! Our next block is going to be comprised of workouts that are either easy to dial up or dial down depending on if you have already hit your big fall race OR you are still working hard towards yours!
- 15’ WU jog
- 5x100m strides
- 2-3×8’ as:
- 2’ tempo, 2’ 5K, repeat 2x
- 4’ in between sets
- 10-15’ CD
** If you’re still ramping up for a marathon, do 4 reps and slow down the 5K pace by 5-10s/K>
