The 2025 Last Chance 5K was our deepest and fastest ever- thanks to all who came out and suffered and helped to make it a fun day!

WOMEN’S RACE
Abbey took the W despite battling illness, running a very solid 18:11. Natalie and Ocean were the only 2 other women in wave 1, both cracking 19:30. Lisa and Sarah had a solid battle for 4th/5th spot with just 1s separating them!
MEN’S RACE
On the men’s side, we were super thankful to have a bunch of the local varsity runners go out hot and set a fast pace early. Michael Stewart and Andrew from Runners’ Choice raced smart and started conservatively, slowly shifting through the pack as the race went on. Andrew managed to outback Mike, taking the W.
On a whole, it’s getting to the point where you need to break 17 to even crack the top 10- well done fellas!
