Looking for a way to enhance your indoor training, but don’t want to dish out the personal training costs? This plan is for you!
It will be perfect for anyone looking for a progressive structured training block to help set up their bike fitness to be at its best heading into the 2021 outdoor riding and racing season. Perfect for triathletes, cyclists or runners looking to build their aerobic engine in a low impact environment.
- 3 Structured Bike Workouts per week based on zones that you will target based on either power, heart rate or perceived exertion (RPE). No smart trainer needed!
- 1 workout per week led by Coach Mark (Tuesdays 6am on zoom). Coach will give riding and training tips throughout- this is also a great chance to ask any questions about cycling and beyond! You can still ride with the rest of the crew Tuesday AM at the same time as well.
- The other 2 rides are done on your own time but Thursday and Sunday H+P sessions are the perfect time to do them!
Dates: Jan 11th to April 2nd – 12 week plan – emailed out weekly to participants
To Participate: A bike and an indoor trainer! Many will be riding on zwift during this time frame but not required at all. All ability levels welcome!
