What’s next? Well, everybody has different goals, but MANY are targeting spring marathons and GMs that are going down in April.
This is it- week 7 of our 7 week block! For most this should be a recovery/taper week- unless you have an A race that is further into may, most should be sticking to 1-2 sets of this workout. Enjoy the “rest” while you can!
H+P MARATHON/ HM BLOCK- WEEK 7 of 7
- 10-20’ WU jog
- 5x100m strides
- 1-2 sets of:
- 5’ @ HMP
- 2’ easy
- 3×1’ @ 5K + effort, 1’ easy
- 3’ easy
- 10-15’ CD
Marathon athletes who still need more: Complete 3-4 sets.
