June 13th- H+P Cycling TT #1 (7:00pm)

July 11th- H+P Cycling TT #2 (7:00pm)

July 30th– H+P Trackfest is BACK

August 15th- H+P Cycling TT #3 (7:00pm)


Running Workouts for the week:

H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (Block 4 week 5 of 5)

Recovery week is HERE!  Whether you’re racing this coming weekend or not, if you’ve been following along with our workouts, it’s time to give the legs a little calculated rest.

5K- HM Athletes

10-15′ WU
5x100m strides
5′ easy
8′ tempo @ HMP
5′ easy
2×3′ @ 5-10K effort, 90s easy
10-15′ CD
* If you still want to do full volume with where you are in your training, bump it up to 4-5×3′.
Modification for Marathoners
10-15′ WU
5x100m strides
5′ easy
8′ tempo @ MP
3′ easy
2×3′ @ 5-10K effort, 90s easy
10-15′ CD
*If you’re tapering, stop with this.  If you’re doing a full-volume workout, double up on the main set 2x(8,3,3).
