We are in the final week of this block!  That means you have the option for a recovery week.  However, if things are feeling good, and there are no signs of injury, we are also providing a full volume option.  Just work within the ranges provided based on how much rest or how much of a push you feel you need!


H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (Summer Block 3- Week 5 of 5)

10-15′ WU
5x100m strides
3′ easy
4-9′ tempo @ HMP
3′ easy
4-9′ @ 10K effort
3′ easy
1-3×4′ @ 5K effort, 2′ easy
10-15′ CD

FULL VOLUME MARATHON OPTION: 16′ @ HMP, 9′ @ 10K, 4-5×4′ @ 5K pace

TRACK VERSION

15-20 jog

2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights

2K tempo @ HMP

800m easy

2K @ 10K effort

800m easy

1-3x1K @ 5-10K effort with 400 easy

CD 10-15

MARATHON OPTION: Same structure but: 5K, 2K, 4-5x1k
