We’re lightening the load here a BIT for those who are racing Chilly- make sure to chose the bottom end of these ranges if you’re targeting it as an A-race.  But, the full volume is still there incase you need it!

    • 10-20’ WU jog 
    • 5x100m strides 
    • 5’ tempo @ HM effort
    • 3’ easy 
    • 2×4’ @ 10K effort, 2’ easy 
    • 3’ easy 
    • 5-8’ @ HM effort 
    • 3’ easy 
    • 3-7×1’ 5K or faster, 1’ easy 
    • 10-15’ CD
