Workout Wednesday:

10-15′ WU
5x100m strides
4′ HMP
3′ easy
3×6′ @ 10K, 2′ easy
10-15′ CD

LONG RUN- Time to aper! 

Beginner option: 14K easy with 3K @ HMP

Advanced option: 16K with 5K @ HMP
