WELL, that was an interesting training block to say the least…but you made it!  Time to taper, or at the very least have a reduced training load before we really ramp things up again.  Let’s go!

    • 10-20’ WU jog 
    • 5x100m strides 
    • 6’ tempo @ HM effort
    • 3’ easy 
    • 3,2,1’ 5K or faster, 1’ easy 
    • 10-15’ CD
