Running Workouts for the week:

H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (Block 3 week 1 of 4)

Back into some big training, let’s go! If you’re planning on treating Chilly as an A-race, opting for one set is a great choice.

  • 5K- HM Athletes
10-15′ WU
5x100m strides

2 sets of:
7′ tempo @ HMP
2 easy
2′ @ 10K effort
2′ easy
1′ @ 5K + effort
5′ easy

10-15′ CD

Modification for Marathoners:
– Do 3 sets of the above, and slow the 7′ tempo down to MP!
