Alright, back to the grind! Take a recovery week if you need, otherwise it’s time to light it up. We’re about 16 weeks away from our big fall half marathon along with various other goals. We’re going to use a cycle of going 3 hard weeks, 1 easy weeks, keeping things to 1 workout/week for now- but they will become tough. Let’s go!
