15-25 minutes WU jog

5x100m strides

3′ tempo @ HM effort- wake up the legs

5′ easy

8-10′ tough tempo @ 10K-HM effort

5′ easy

2-4×2.5′ @ 5K effort, 90s easy

15 minutes easy CD



H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (HM-M option)

15-25 minutes WU jog

5x100m strides

5′ primer tempo @ HM effort

3′ easy

2-3×5′ @ 10K-HM effort, 2′ easy

3′ easy

10-20′ tempo at M effort on tired legs

10-20 minutes CD jog
