Running Workouts for the week:

H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (Summer Block 1- Week 6 0f 6)

It’s the final week of our “bridge” block!

EVERYBODY:

10-15′ WU
5x100m strides
3′ easy 

2-3×6′ @ 5-10K effort, 2′ easy

5′ easy

2-3x 90s with the first 60 @ 5K effort, fast for the final 30s, 60’s recovery

10-15′ CD

TRACK VERSION

15′ WU
2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights

2-3x1M @ 5-10K effort with 400m jog recovery

2-3×600 with 200m walk/jog recovery as:

  • 400m @ 10K effort
  • Final 200- accelerate/ go hard!

10-15′ CD jog
