July 11th- H+P Cycling TT #2 (7:00pm)
July 30th– H+P Trackfest is BACK
August 15th- H+P Cycling TT #3 (7:00pm)

2 more weeks of this “bridge block”- then we get into our real 5K/10K + marathon separation as we build toward big fall goals!

3-4 sets of:
3-1-1′, 90s easy in between each rep
3′ easy in between each set
– 3′ @ 5K effort, 1′ at max sustainable effort

TRACK VERSION

2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights
800m tempo warm-up/ primer @ HMP
400m easy
3 or 4 sets of:
600m @ 5K effort

2x400m very hard with 200m shuffle
