May 30th: TT Pre Ride/Social Ride (6:30pm @ SJAM)

June 8th: Semi Impromtu 5K TT

June 13th- H+P Cycling TT #1 (7:00pm)

July 11th- H+P Cycling TT #2 (7:00pm)

July 30thH+P Trackfest is BACK

August 15th- H+P Cycling TT #3 (7:00pm)


Running Workouts for the week:

H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (Summer Block 1- Week 5 0f 6)

2 more weeks of this “bridge block”- then we get into our real 5K/10K + marathon separation as we build toward big fall goals!

EVERYBODY:

10-15′ WU
5x100m strides
4′ tempo @ HMP
3′ easy 

3-4 sets of:
3-1-1′, 90s easy in between each rep
3′ easy in between each set
– 3′ @ 5K effort, 1′ at max sustainable effort

10-15′ CD

TRACK VERSION

15′ WU
2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights
800m tempo warm-up/ primer @ HMP
400m easy

3 or 4 sets of:
600m @ 5K effort
200m easy
2x400m very hard with 200m shuffle
400m recovery in between sets

10-15′ CD
