What’s next? Well, everybody has different goals, but MANY are targeting spring marathons and GMs that are going down in April.
For our purposes, we are going to go a 7-week block focused on peaking at that time. As always, modify these workouts for what your goals are- and when in doubt on how to do so, let us know! Let’s go !

5-10K focused athletes:
- 10-20’ WU jog
- 5x100m strides
- 8’ @ HMP
- 3’ easy
- 2×3’ @ 10K effort, 2’ easy
- 3’ easy
- 6’ @ HMP
- 3’ easy
- 0-2×3’ @ 10K effort, 2’ easy
- 10-15’ CD
Marathon athletes- option to top up with a 8′ tempo @ HMP at the end of the workout!
