H+P VIRTUAL WEEK – March 17, 2025

What’s next?  Well, everybody has different goals, but MANY are targeting spring marathons and GMs that are going down in April.

For our purposes, we are going to go a 7-week block focused on peaking at that time.  As always, modify these workouts for what your goals are- and when in doubt on how to do so, let us know!  Let’s go !

H+P MARATHON/ HM BLOCK- WEEK 3 of 7

  • Let’s get back to work!

5-10K focused athletes:

  • 10-20’ WU jog 
  • 5x100m strides 
  • 10’ @ HMP
  • 3’ easy
  • 2-3×5’ @ 10K effort, 2’ easy 
  • 10-15’ CD

Marathon athletes- slow down the first tempo to MP, and top up with 10-15′ @ MP at the end of the workout!
