H+P VIRTUAL WEEK – March 15th, 2021

Training:

The time has come for the 3K Blastoff .  We’ve also been grinding out some high-volume workouts on the HM/M front- so this week is a recovery week for all.  Enjoy while you can, the time to really suffer in training will start again next week!  If a full volume workout fits better with where you are in your training, simply double up on the workouts below.

 

 

H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (5-10K option)

15-25 minutes WU jog

5x100m strides

3-5 minutes easy

5 minutes tempo @ HM effort- (slow for the duration)

3 minutes easy

2×2′ @ 5K effort, 90s easy

3 minutes easy

3×1 @ 3K effort, 90s easy

15 minutes easy CD



H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (HM-M option)

15-25 minutes WU jog

5x100m strides

15 minutes steady @ MP

5 minutes easy

5 minutes @ HMP

5 minutes easy

5x100m strides

10-20 minutes CD jog
