The time has come for the 3K Blastoff . We’ve also been grinding out some high-volume workouts on the HM/M front- so this week is a recovery week for all. Enjoy while you can, the time to really suffer in training will start again next week! If a full volume workout fits better with where you are in your training, simply double up on the workouts below.
