H+P VIRTUAL WEEK – March 1st, 2021

Training:

Only a few weeks to go until the 3K Blastoff so there will be a few more tough weeks to go before we see a drop in volume.  There will be a recovery week coming for the HM/M option as well- keep grinding in the meantime, and modify on your own as needed!

 

 

H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (5-10K option)

15-25 minutes WU jog

5x100m strides

3-5 minutes easy

2×5 minutes @ 10K effort, 2 minutes easy

5 minutes easy

2-4×3 minutes @ 5K effort (option to drop down to 3K effort), 90s recovery

15 minutes easy CD



H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (HM-M option)

15-25 minutes WU jog

5x100m strides

15 minutes tempo @ MP

5 minutes shuffle

10-15 minutes tempo @ HM

5 minutes easy

5-10 minutes @ HM

10-20 minutes CD jog
