H+P VIRTUAL WEEK – March 31, 2025

Training:

What’s next?  Well, everybody has different goals, but MANY are targeting spring marathons and GMs that are going down in April.

For our purposes, we are going to go a 7-week block focused on peaking at that time.  As always, modify these workouts for what your goals are- and when in doubt on how to do so, let us know!  Let’s go !

H+P MARATHON/ HM BLOCK- WEEK 5 of 7

5-10K focused athletes:

  • 10-20’ WU jog 
  • 5x100m strides 

2 SET OF:

  • 7’ @ HMP
  • 3’ easy
  • 2×2’ @ 5K effort, 1’ easy 
  • 3′ easy
  • 10-15’ CD

Marathon athletes: You guessed it- 3 sets!
