15-25 minutes WU jog

5x100m strides

5 minutes easy

10 minutes tempo @ HMP

3 minutes easy

2×2 minutes @ 5K effort, 2 minute easy

3 minutes easy

5x45s @ VERY fast effort (something in the 800m max effort range), 75s recovery

10-20 minutes CD jog
