H+P VIRTUAL WEEK – October 24th, 2021

Training:

Taper time, yes!  Good job if you made it through the last block of tough training.  Even if you’re not doing the half, this is a good time to take a down week and prevent injury!


Workouts for the week:

H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT  (all distances) (Taper Week)

15-25 minutes WU jog

5x100m strides, jog back to start

5′ jog

4-6′ @ HM effort

3′ easy

3,2,1 @ 5-10K effort, 90s easy in between each

*If not tapering and wanting to do more, doubling up on the 3,2,1 is a good compromise! 

15 minutes easy CD
