H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT (5-10K option)
15-25 minutes WU jog
5x100m strides
3-5 minutes easy
8-10×2 minutes @ 5K effort, 1-1.5minutes easy
15 minutes easy CD
H+P FULL VOLUME WORKOUT (HM-M option)
15-25 minutes WU jog
5x100m strides
2×20 minutes as follows (with 5 + minutes easy in between your choice)
- 10 minutes MP
- 5 minutes HMP
- Option to stop here at 15 minutes OR go 5 minutes fast-end MP
10-20 minutes CD jog
