H+P Bridge Week
15′ easy jog WU
5x100m strides
2 sets of:
6,4,2 with 2′ in between each rep, 3-4′ in between each set
– 6′ @ HMP
– 4′ @ 10K
– 2′ @ 5K effort or faster
10-15′ CD jog
TRACK OPTION:
15′ easy jog WU
2 laps of jog corners, stride the straights
2 sets of:
1M, 1K, 600m with 400m recovery after each rep, 800m after each set
– 1M @ HMP
– 1K @ 10K
– 600 @ 5K effort or faster
10-15′ CD jog
