Another bridge week!  You can probably feel what’s coming, but it’s going to be larger volume workouts with a combo of tempos and high-end speed.  SO, let’s make sure we get some tempo volume in the legs before we put it all together!

H+P Bridge Week

15′ easy jog WU
5x100m strides
8′ @ HMP- steady, should feel comfortable

4′ easy
2×8′ @ 10K effort (OUCH) 4′ easy
10-15′ CD jog

TRACK OPTION:

15′ easy jog WU
2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights
400easy
2K @ HMP
800m easy
2x2K @ 10K effort (OUCH), 800m easy (you’re welcome)
2 laps of stride straights, jog corners
10-15′ CD jog
