H+P MARATHON/ HM BLOCK- WEEK 7 of 7
5-10K focused athletes:
- 15’ WU jog
- 5x100m strides
- 8’ @ HM effort
- 5’ easy
- 4×2’ @ 5K effort, 1’ easy
- 10-15’ CD
Marathon and HM athletes:
- SAME AS ABOVE- it’s taper/ recovery week- enjoy while you can!
TRACK OPTION:
- Do it as:
- 2 laps of jog corners, stride straights
- 2K @ Hm effort
- 800m easy
- 4x600m @ 5K effort, 200m easy
