Recovery week-ish. After hitting 6 massive consecutive weeks, we’re dialling back for most people. If you have an imminent goal and you need a big workout, hit the upper end of the range..otherwise, enjoy this “break” while you can!
H+P 22/23 Recovery Week
10-15′ WU
5x100m strides
3-5×6′ @ 10K effort,2′ easy (most should do 3)
10-15′ CD
TRACK OPTION:
10-15′ WU
2 laps of jog the corners, stride the straights
3-5x 1200m OR 1M @ 10K effort, 400m easy
10-15′ CD
** Longer distance athletes: Complete the full volume above + option for a 10′ tempo @ HMP at the end.
