2-3×4′ @ 5-10K effort, 2′ easy

** Longer distance athletes- Here’s your variation (note the slower pace goals):

4×4′ @ 10K effort, 2′ easy

2×8′ @ HM effort, 4′ easy

Can also be done as: 2x2K, 4x1K, 2x2K- especially for faster athletes.
